A1) Paused Front Squats
5 sets of 3 with a 3-sec pause in the bottom
25 minutes to a 3RM

A2) Strict Chinups 5×2
Go CTB and/or add weight if possible

B) AMRAP in 5m of:
12 DB Step Ups (6R/6L) @ 20″
20 1-Side RDLs (10R/10L)
*RX weight = 1 DB @ 55/35#
