A) Every 4:00 for 4 rounds:
7 Bench Press
20 DB Rows (10R/10L)
*increase weight each round, working up to a 7RM Bench Press

B) 3 Attempts At:
5 Unbroken Man Makers
*score = heaviest weight lifted
