Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3×5
20 minutes for 3 work sets of 5 reps
Keep weight the same for all 3 sets
Add 5-10 lbs from 2 weeks ago

A2) Strict Ring Muscle-Ups or Pullups
2 reps between sets

B) Partner WOD!
In teams of 2-3 people, You-Go/I-Go
AMRAP in 5m of:
Non-Stop KB Front Rack Squats

*Partner 1 starts squatting with no pauses at top or bottom
*Partners switch when P1 pauses for any reason
*Continue accumulating reps for 5 minutes

*RX Weight (2 people) = 53/35#
*RX Weight (3 people) = 70/53#
