Partner WOD!
In teams of 2 people, accumulate:
4000m Rowing
40 Ring Muscle-Ups
40 Sandbag Ground-to-Shoulder @ 150/100#

*if 3 people per team, then:
5000m Rowing
50 Ring Muscle-Ups
40 Sandbag G2S

*exercises may be partitioned in any order, and all partners may work at the same time
*cap = 27 minutes
