Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3×5
3 work sets of 5 reps – same weight for all sets
Add 5-10 lbs from 2 weeks ago

A2) Strict Ring Muscle Ups or Ring Pullups
5 sets of 2 in-between squat sets (including warmups)

B) 3 rounds for time of:
20 Air Squats
20 DB 1-Leg RDLs @ 55/35#
*cap = 7 min
