Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3×5
20 minutes for 3 sets of 5 work sets at the same weight across
*add 5-10 lbs from what you did 2 weeks ago

A2) Ring Muscle Ups or Weighted Ring Pullups
5 sets of 2 between sets of Back Squats

B) AMRAP in 5m of:
10m KB Front Rack Lunges @ 2x 53/35#
20m Farmer Carry
*every time you set the KB’s down, do 5 burpees before picking them back up
