*cap = 20 min

*In this workout, partner 1 does 15 CTB pullups and the 50m sandbag carry. Then partner 2 does the same. Then partner 1 does 12 CTB pullups and 40m sandbag carry. Then partner 2 does the same. Continue in this fashion until all the work is done.
