A1) Back Squat 1RM
25 minutes for 5 sets to a 1RM

A2) Ring Muscle Ups or Ring Pullups 5×2

B) Partner WOD!
You-Go/I-Go
AMRAP in 5m of:
1 DB Front Rack R-Leg Step Up
1 DB Front Rack L-Leg Step Up
*add 1 rep to each every round
*RX = 20″ box & 2x 45/30# DB’s
