Workout of the Day

5 rounds for total time of:
60s Row for Calories
Burpee Box Jumps @ 24/20″

In this workout, athletes must complete 40/35 total reps each round.
Calories on the rower + burpee box jumps count toward total reps.
E.g. if a male athlete gets 25 calories on the rower, he must do 15 burpee box jumps to reach 40 total reps before moving on to next round.
*cap = 25 minutes
