Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3RM
25 minutes for 5 sets to a 3RM

A2) Optional: 2 Ring Muscle-Ups or Ring Pullups between sets

B) 10-8-6-4-2 reps for time of:
DB Step Ups @ 2x 45/30#
DB Push Jerks @ 2x 45/30#
*cap = 4 minutes
*compare to 2/27/17
