A1) Push Press 3RM
20 minutes for 5 sets to a 3RM

A2) Strict, Weighted, CTB Chinups
5 sets of 2 reps, in-between sets of Push Press

B) 2 rounds NFT:
20 GHD Situps
Max Non-Stop DB Curl & Press (pick a weight you can do for at least 10 reps)
