Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3×5
20 minutes to complete
Same weight across all 3 work sets
Pick up where you left off on 8/12/17

A2) Strict Ring Muscle-Ups 5×2
Add weight if possible

B) AMRAP in 5m of:
10m KB Front Rack Lunges @ 2x 53/35#
30m Farmer Carry @ 2x 53/35#
*every time you put down the KBs, it costs you 5 burpees to pick them back up
