1: Lat Smash 60-90s per side
2: Banded Super Front Rack 3x 5s contract/10s relax
3: Accumulate 2:00 chinup grip hang

B2) Hip Mobility
1: Quad/IT Smash 60-90s per side
2: Couch Stretch 90s per side
3: Accumulate 2:00 in bottom of squat
