The Nutrition Challenge Kickoff Meeting is this Tuesday at 6:30pm (immediately following the 5:30pm class). You can still sign up to participate this week!

Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3×5
20 minutes for 3 work sets of 5 at the same weight
Add 5-10 lbs from a few weeks ago

A2) Strict Ring Muscle-Ups or Pull-Ups 5×2
In-between sets of squats

B) AMRAP in 5m of:
10 Renegade Rows @ 2x 45/30#
10 DB Front Rack Lunge Steps @ 2x 45/30#
