A) Skill Work: Hang Power Snatches
3-5 reps every 90s for 5 rounds
*practice speed in the transition from upward explosion to pull underneath

B) 5 rounds of 1:00 work:
7 Power Snatches @ 95/65#
Max Box Jumps @ 30/24″
*rest 1:00 between rounds
*score = total box jumps
