REMINDERS: Our 2nd Saturday workout – TODAY – will be held at Sawhill Ponds – there’ll be one class at 9am.

It’s a race around Sawhill Ponds!

In teams of 2-3 people:
Run 1.7 miles around the Sawhill Ponds, stopping at three stations along the way:

Station 1 – Partners Accumulate:
100 Pushups
50 Tuck Jumps

Station 2 – Partners Accumulate:
100 Situps
50 Burpees

Station 3 – Partners Accumulate:
150 Air Squats*
*only one person can work at a time – the other person must hold a plank the whole time partner is squatting.

The 1st team to finish wins!
