“CrossFit Total”
3 attempts at each of the following lifts:
1RM Back Squat
1RM Shoulder Press
1RM Deadlift
*score = total of the highest weight for each exercise
*e.g. Squat 200 + Press 100 + Deadlift 200 = 500 Total
