Workout of the Day

A1) Push Press 1RM
20 minutes for 5 work sets to a new 1RM

A2) Strict, Weighted, CTB Chinups
5 sets of 3 reps between sets of Push Press

B) 2 rounds NFT:
Max Non-Stop Hip Extensions (min 10 reps)
Max Non-Stop DB Curl & Press (min 10 reps)
