For time:
(1) Bar Muscle Up
(2) Pistol Squats
(3) Burpees
(4) Goblet Squats @ 70/53#
(5) Pushups
(6) DB Thrusters @ 35/25#
(7) KB Swings @ 53/35#
(8) Wall Balls @ 20/14#
(9) Box Jumps @ 24/20″
(10) Jumping Squats
(11) Double Unders
(12) Sandbag G2S @ 150/100#

This workout plays out just like the song.

“On the 1st day of CrossFit, my coach gave to me… 1 Bar Muscle-Up”
“On the 2nd day of CrossFit, my coach gave to me… 2 Pistols Squats, 1 Bar Muscle Up”
“On the 3rd day of CrossFit, my coach gave to me… 3 Burpees, 2 Pistol Squats, 1 Bar Muscle Up”

…etc…

Continue in this fashion until you’ve gone all the way through all movements
