10 minutes for double unders practice and progressions

B) Partner Workout!
In teams of 2 people, accumulate for time:
100 DB Ground-to-Overhead @ 2x 35/25#
100 Ring Dips
*if teams of 3 people, then do 130 reps of each exercise
*two partners may work at any given time
