Partner Workout!
21-15-9 reps for time of:
Box Jumps @ 24/20″
Wall Balls @ 20/14#
KB Swings @ 53/35#
Row for Calories

*cap = 20 minutes

In this workout, partners alternate the work by exercise. P1 does 21 box jumps, then P2 does 21 box jumps, then P1 does 21 wall balls, then P2 does 21 wall balls, etc. The non-working partner rests.

Continue in this fashion until all the work is completed.
