Workout of the Day

A1) Back Squat 3×5
*20 minutes to warmup and do 3 work sets of 5 reps
*add 5 lbs from the last time you did 3×5
*look up your weight before you come to class!

A2) Ring Muscle Ups or Pullups 5×2
*in-between your squat sets
*start during your squat warmup sets

B) 2 rounds NFT:
20 GHD Situps
20 KB Front Rack Lunge Steps
