20-25 minutes for 5×1 to a new 1RM

A2) Strict, Weighted CTB Chinups 5×3
In-between sets of squats

B) AMRAP in 5m of:
12 DB Step Ups (6R/6L) @ 20″
20 1-Leg DB RDLs (10R/10L)
*RX = one DB @ 55/35#
*compare to 6/21/17
