“Partner Del”
For time:
25 Burpees (each, in sets of 5)
Run 400m with 1 Med Ball @ 20/14#
25 Strict, Weighted Pullups @ 20/0 (each, sets of 5)
Run 400m with 1 Med Ball @ 20/14#
25 Handstand Pushups (each, sets of 5)
Run 400m with 1 Med Ball @ 20/14#
25 CTB Pullups (each, sets of 5)
Run 400m with 1 Med Ball @ 20/14#
25 Burpees (each, in sets of 5)
