5 sets of 3, increasing weight each set, to a 3RM

A2) Strict, Weighted Chinups 5×5
In-between sets of push press

B) 5 rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
10 KB Swings @ 70/53#
*cap = 8 minutes
*compare to 4/1/17
