A) Skill Work: Bar Muscle Ups
15-20 minutes for practice and progressions

B) Partner WOD!
5 rounds each, for total time, of:
P1: Accumulate 60s L-Sit Hold
P2: Row 30/24 Calories
*partners switch when both have finished
*cap = 20 minutes
