CrossFit Workout of the Day

A1) Bench Press 3RM
5 sets of 3 work sets to a 3RM – increase weight every set

A2) DB Bench Rows 5×10 (5R/5L)
In-between sets of bench press

B) AMRAP in 7m of:
1 CTB Pullup
1 Burpee
*add 1 rep to each exercise every round

20s Rest
40s Med Ball Squats
20s Rest
40s Mountain Climbers
20s Rest
