No matter where you’re at in muscle-up development, come in to practice or build strength

B) For time:

Run 800m

ExpressFit Workout of the Day

EMOM x 12 minutes:
Run 200m
40m Farmer Carry @ 70/53#
10 Pushups + 10 Ring Rows
*if you haven’t finished the work by the end of the minute, move on to the next exercise
