3 Thrusters @ 100/65#
3 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
6 Thrusters @ 100/65#
6 CTB Pullups…
*continue adding 3 reps to each exercise for the entire 7 minutes

ExpressFit Workout of the Day

EMOM x 12 minutes:
Min 1: Run 200m
Min 2: 40m Farmer Carry
Min 3: 10 Pushups + 10 Ring Rows
*if not finished at end of minute, stop and start the next exercise
