CrossFit Workout of the Day

A) Skill Work: Kipping Pullups
Every 30s for 10 rounds:
Unbroken kipping pullups
*score = total of 10 unbroken sets

B) Partner WOD!
AMRAP in 20m of:
P1: 15 Burpees
P2: Row for Calories
*score = total calories rowed
*partners take turns doing sets of 15 burpees while other person rows – then switch

ExpressFit Workout of the Day

Partner WOD!
AMRAP in 15m of:
P1: Row for Calories
P2: 8 Burpee-Pullups
*partners switch after 8 burpee pullups are completed. Continue for 15 minutes.
