CrossFit Workout of the Day

A1) Front Squat 3RM
5 sets of 3 reps, increasing weight every set to a 3RM

A2) Weighted Ring Dips 5×2
In-between sets of squats

B) 3 rounds for total reps of:
40s Box Jump Overs @ 24/20″
20s Rest
40s Double KB Front Rack Squats @ 2x 53/35#
20s Rest
