Workout of the Day
A) Skill Work: Snatches
Every 2:00 for 5 rounds, do the following snatch complex:
2 Hang Snatch High Pulls + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 OH Squat
*start at 50% of 1RM and work up to 70%
B) Partner WOD!
3 rounds each, for total time, of:
P1: 10 Squat Snatches @ 135/95#
P2: 20 Burpees
*One person does snatches while the other person does burpees. When both partners have finished, they switch exercises. Partners must start each new round at the same time.
