Unbroken Toes to Bar
*score = sum of your 10 unbroken sets

B) Partner Workout!
You-Go/I-Go
2 rounds for total reps of:
2:00 Sandbag Ground to Shoulder @ 150/100# (sets of 1)
2:00 KB Swings @ 53/35# (sets of 15)
2:00 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20″ (sets of 10)
*alternate the work with your partner in sets as designated for each exercise
