Claire began CrossFit in 2016, after many years as an avid yogi, hiker and climber. She fell in love with CrossFit as a way to get strong and maintain stamina for outdoor pursuits.
In 2017, Claire completed the CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course and started coaching. She’s the Head Coach of the Women’s Only Program, and is excited to continually refine her coaching style, helping CrossFitters with nutrition and proper technique.
You’ll see her around the gym coaching, as well as working on communications, event coordination and marketing.
