Owner, Director, Head Coach
Adam has always known that he wanted to pursue a career in health and fitness, he just didn’t know how to do it. He played basketball and soccer in high school and, after graduation, he attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. His days there were filled with running, pushups, pullups, and whatever other devious physical tasks the cadre could come up with.
After the Academy, he stayed in Colorado and quickly found a love for the mountains. He guided commercial rafting trips on the Arkansas River. He spent weekends hiking, backpacking, skiing, and exploring the high country. Despite his love of the great outdoors, he struggled to find a fitness program that he could stick with on the weekdays to keep him in peak shape for his weekend excursions.
He tried my first CrossFit workout in 2009, and he’s been hooked ever since. In 2012, he earned the CrossFit Level 1 Certificate. Shortly thereafter, he started programming his own CrossFit workouts and coaching friends and family. In 2014, he earned the USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach Certification and the CrossFit Level 2 Certificate. He is passionate about life, health, and fitness, and he loves helping others discover and achieve their own fitness goals.
