CrossFit group and ExpressFit classes provide the perfect blend of personal instruction and camaraderie for people who enjoy working out in a small class setting.
If you’re new to CrossFit, you’ll start with Foundations. This 3-session course will familiarize you with the movements and lifts you'll see in regular group classes. Once you're done, you can join as many group classes as you like for the rest of the month!
ExpressFit is a great option for busy professionals. These 30 minute classes use body weight and light gymnastic movements to help you work up a sweat, then move on with your day. No need for Foundations or intro classes--come on in and join us!

Personal training sessions are perfect for people who have a specific goal in mind, prefer to work out alone or just have a busy schedule. We offer 60-minute and 30-minute* training sessions, as well as the option to workout with a friend or partner.

Our Hybrid Membership option combines group classes with two 30-minute personal training sessions, an excellent option for members who have specific skills or goals they want to work on outside of regular group classes.
We love drop-ins! Our small class sizes mean you’ll get a high level of instruction and individual attention. If it’s your first time dropping in, please call or email first to let us know you’re coming, and plan to show up 10 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach.
