Welcome! We’re glad you’re here. This page is your easy-start guide to getting started at CrossFit Beat. Your first class is always FREE, regardless of whether you’re completely new to CrossFit, you’re an experienced CrossFitter looking for a new gym, or you’re just dropping in from out of town.
New to CrossFit?
The first step for those new to CrossFit is attending our FREE Introduction to CrossFit classes held regularly on Saturday mornings at 10:30am. Check the class schedule. This class is designed to give you more information about CrossFit, to allow you to get to know us, and to have you try a workout with other folks who are also new to CrossFit. …Attending our Foundations classes. Foundations is included with your first month of membership, which comes at a reduced rate of $99. Learn about pricing. This series of six classes is designed to ease the learning curve for those new to CrossFit, and they must be taken in order. The entire series is taken over the course of 11 days. Once you graduate from Foundations, you’re free to join any class at any scheduled time!
If you’ve been doing CrossFit regularly, you may be eligible to skip our Foundations program and move right into our general program. If you fall into this category, simply check our schedule to find a time that works for you, and contact Adam to reserve your spot. You’ll also need to show up 10 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach.
Visiting From Out-of-Town?
We’d love to have you drop-in on any open session. Check the class schedule. The drop-in fee is $20/class.
