Our ExpressFit classes are designed specifically for your busy schedule. These 30 minute classes will get your heart pumping with a variety of functional movements.
Unlike with CrossFit group classes, the workouts won't use barbell or advanced gymnastics movements. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend--no intro or Foundations necessary.
If you're looking for a quick way to get in a great workout, ExpressFit is for you!
