STEP 1: COME IN FOR YOUR FREE CONSULTATION
We start everyone off with a free 20-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to learn more about you, and lets you check out the space and ask questions. During this session we will:
- Get to know you, your goals, your motivators, your history of exercise, and any limitations you may have
- Provide an overview of our offerings and how we can best help you
- Give you a tour of our facility
- Address any concerns you have about getting started

STEP 2: START WORKING OUT
Depending on the outcome of your free consultation, you’ll start in one of three pathways:
Personal Training: these 1-on-1 sessions are customized around your specific goals, and scheduled at a time that works for you. If you have limitations, or you’re nervous about joining a group class, these sessions are perfect for you.
Foundations: this 3-session course is designed specifically to move you into our CrossFit group classes. You can do it by yourself, or with a friend. This course is the perfect entrance point for those new to CrossFit, or returning after a significant layoff.
CrossFit Groups: if you’re an experienced CrossFitter who has recently moved to town, or is simply looking to switch gyms, you’re welcome to jump right in to our CrossFit group classes.

STEP 3: AMPLIFY YOUR FITNESS
Our business is coaching you to get the results you want. You’ll be joining our supportive community of BeatBoxxers as we work toward a better fitness. You’ll also have access to participate in our many fun group events, such as the CrossFit Open, the Bolder Boulder 10k, 1st Saturday workouts at the park, our Independence Day workout & BBQ, and our annual holiday party.
