Looking for a group environment where he’d be challenged to do and be his best, Matt found CrossFit in early 2017.

Matt views health and fitness as an all-encompassing practice, starting with what you eat all the way through to how you choose to move. He believes exercise should be fun, and he’s excited to work with anyone looking to improve themselves and extend their abilities so they can get out and play.

You’ll see Matt around the gym coaching, (humbly) bragging about his 3rd place title for the game King of Tokyo, and talking about coding.
