We don’t sell gym memberships – we sell coaching. We provide our coaching in three levels:
- CrossFit Groups and Foundations: unlimited access to our small group CrossFit classes
- Personal Training: 1-on-1 sessions to focus on your specific goals
- Hybrid: unlimited CrossFit + 2 personal training skills sessions
CrossFit groups are ideal for those seeking all-around fitness, or wanting to workout with other people in a small class setting. These classes provide the perfect blend of personal instruction + camaraderie. There is no limit to the number of classes you can attend. If you flourish when you’re surrounded by a group of friends, these classes are tailor-made for you.
If you’re new to CrossFit, you’ll start with Foundations. This 3-session course is designed specifically to move you into our CrossFit group classes. You can do it by yourself, or with a friend. The cost is the same as 1 Month Only of Unlimited CrossFit ($175), and it includes CrossFit group classes for the remainder of the month after you finish Foundations.
Personal training (PT) sessions are perfect for those looking to accelerate their progress toward a specific goal, those who prefer to workout alone, or busy professionals whose schedule precludes them getting into the regularly scheduled group classes. We offer two types of personal training:
- 30-Minute Sessions: these sessions are great for intense focus on a specific skill
- 60-Minute Sessions: these complete sessions are designed around your specific goals
If you have an important goal, but you have no idea where to start, personal training is your conduit to success.

The Hybrid is the quintessential approach to improving your fitness and meeting your goals. You’ll get unlimited access to our CrossFit group classes PLUS two 30-minute personal training sessions every month. Schedule the PT sessions at a time convenient for you, and use them to improve any skill.
If you enjoy the group class atmosphere, but you’d like regular focused work on gymnastics or Olympic lifting that is tailored to your needs, our Hybrid Membership is the perfect fit.
Unlimited CrossFit + Two 30-min PT Sessions/Month
We love drop-ins! Our small class sizes mean you’ll get a high level of instruction and individual attention.
Our drop-in rate is $20/class, or $50/week. You can drop-in to a scheduled class, or come to open gym to do your own thing. If it’s your first time dropping in, please call or email first to let us know you’re coming. You’ll also need to show up 10 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach.
