I have been coming here for about 4 months and I am significantly stronger than when I started. Adam does a really good job of making sure people progress in safe and consistent way that is less likely to end in injury or burnout. I know I am the type of person to push myself to hard to fast in a way that is unsafe and unsustainable. Having someone to teach me how to move/lift correctly and how to pace myself in a way that I will reach and sustain my fitness goals has been majorly helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get stronger with a fun community of people.
